We‘ve been staying in this hotel for many years since it was still Santika. Love the new upgrade and the new management. Nice personal especially the security and the concierge staff always very friendly and helpful with getting us taxi and arranging our belongings. Strategic location close to my family place. The green terrace in the same location is a plus with lots of yummy food. We hang out often and meet up with friends here too. Simply easy to go around and to find everything that we need. We will be back for sure. König family

I like the new design of the room. I stayed in the hotel when they were under different brand. Now the room design is more modern and love the IP TV can stream Netflix and Disney+. The location is good, near TMII and have a lot of food options.

love,love,love the bed and the room...the location is superb. The restaurants and all the mini shopping complex is in the same hotel compound and you can just walk. The Grab food service also good. You can simply order the food thru phone and deliver to your hotel lobby. Will definitely come again soon.

Decent stay located right next to TMII, there’s also a food court centre nearby offering a variety of delicious food.

Menu was okay. Options of local and non local met my needs. Would be great to have bubur kacang hijau in the menu.

Spacious room and big bathroom. Friendly staff. Love the migoreng and croissant at the breakfast.
